We are happy to assist you and manage all your return and/or exchange requests!
- Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the product and only applies if the product is new, in a resalable condition, and the consumables and accessories are still sealed and in the box and all packaging. Accordingly, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days.
- Products purchased through the website can be returned and/or exchanged by hand collection or direct delivery.
- Please ensure that the returned product(s) is accompanied by the order confirmation and a copy of the delivery note, along with all accessories and free gifts.
- If you received a defective product (such as one that was delivered to you with damaged or missing parts, or any other visible damage), it can be returned and replaced, or you can receive a full refund upon approval.
Please remember:
- The product(s) must be in its original packaging and unopened, along with the original order confirmation for the product, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.
- If the customer paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to his account, and a confirmation message will be sent to him via email.
- If the customer paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash.
- If the customer loses their invoice within the fourteen days, they can request a copy from our after-sales service team or contact us at , and a copy of the invoice will be sent to them via email.
